# Nimbus Intelligence

> Nimbus is an enterprise decision intelligence platform. It deploys autonomous AI Swarms — teams of named specialist agents — that ingest your operating context (ERP, CRM, data warehouse, docs, calendars) and produce auditable, governance-aware decisions for finance, revenue, supply, growth, and strategy functions. Pricing is metered in NTUs (Nimbus Task Units) across flat tiers.

Nimbus is built for operators at mid-market and enterprise companies who need reliable, explainable AI for high-stakes decisions — not chatbots and not single-shot LLM calls. Every run is grounded in the customer's own context graph, gated by configurable human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and recorded in an immutable audit log.

## Core concepts

- **AI Swarms** — Coordinated teams of specialist agents (e.g. Finance, Revenue, Supply, Growth, Strategy, Ops). Each swarm has named members with defined roles, tools, and escalation paths.
- **Context Graph** — A live semantic layer over the customer's connected systems. Entities, relationships, events, and documents are normalised so swarms reason on the same source of truth.
- **NTUs (Nimbus Task Units)** — The unit of metered work. Long-running projects quote estimated NTU spend before execution; users approve before the run starts.
- **Human-in-the-loop (HITL) gates** — Configurable checkpoints where a swarm pauses for human approval before committing irreversible actions (writebacks to ERP/CRM, external sends, financial close).
- **Decision history** — Every project run is recorded: inputs, intermediate reasoning, tool calls, outputs, approvals, and final artefacts. Searchable and exportable.
